As this is a presale, each handcrafted piece is made to order with the utmost care, precision, and attention to detail. Please allow 5–7 weeks for production process to ensure your item meets our quality standards.

Once your order has been processed, and confirmed, you will receive tracking information within 6–7 business days after processing.

We truly appreciate your patience and support as we thoughtfully create your handcrafted piece.

For any address updates, please contact us at contact@intotalitypod.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If we do not receive an update within that timeframe, your order will be shipped to the address currently on file. In the event that the package is undeliverable, it will need to be returned to us before it can be resent.
Please note that refunds will not be issued in these cases.
