Shipping policy

PRE-ORDERS FOR THE FALL 25’ COLLECTION WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 6-8 WEEKS!!

All orders will be processed (sent tracking information) within 7-12 business days and shipped 3-5 days from processing. 

All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received to ensure fairness and efficiency.

Please note that all pre-orders for the Fall ‘25 Collection will be fulfilled and shipped first, followed immediately by the Black Friday orders. Once these priority shipments are completed, all remaining orders will be processed in sequence.

For any address updates, please contact us at contact@intotalitypod.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If we do not receive an update within that timeframe, your order will be shipped to the address currently on file. In the event that the package is undeliverable, it will need to be returned to us before it can be resent.
Please note that refunds will not be issued in these cases.
